Zachary Amos Obituary

Zachary Lee Amos 56, of New Paris, died Saturday, February 13, 2021 at his residence. He was born on January 18, 1965 in Bedford, a son of the late Delmar J. Amos and Hazel (Simons) Amos surviving of New Paris. In addition to his mother he is survived by five brothers: Delmar J. Amos Jr., of Ligonier, Tom Amos and wife Tammy, of Waynesboro, Tim Amos and wife Bonnie, of Schellsburg, Terry Amos, of Harrisburg, and Mark Amos, of Germany; two sisters: Stephanie Layton of Bedford, and Patricia Amos, of New Paris; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Diane Grimm.

Zachary worked at Hedstrom and after its closing became a full time caregiver for his mother.

Funeral services will be private. Burial at Union Cemetery, Centerville. Arrangements by the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford. Our online guestbook is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
