Shelly J. (Dunmeyer) Saunders

Shelly Jo Saunders, 46, of Green Lane, Bedford died 10:05 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Pennknoll Village, Everett. She was born on April 20, 1972, in Bedford a daughter of the late Raymond and Nancy J. (Warrick) Duncan. On August 7, 1999 she married William W. Saunders who survives along with their daughter, Bess E. Saunders, both of Bedford; three sisters: Deb Barron and husband Donnie, of Somerset, Cathy Dunmeyer, of Bedford, and Faith Zembower, of Bedford; four brothers: Lester Dunmeyer and wife Diana, of Bedford; Robert Dunmeyer, of Bedford, Richard Duncan, of Latrobe, Randy Duncan, of Scottsdale; and numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers Jim Duncan, Brian Duncan, Tom Duncan, Bill Duncan, and sister Lois Jean Dunmeyer.

Shelly worked in Laundry Services at the Omni Bedford Springs since its re-opening. She enjoyed reading, flower gardening, and family beach trips to the Outer Banks.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., at Crossroads Bible Church, with Pastor Tim Bartholomew officiating. Arrangements by the Timothy A.
