Maynard D. Diehl, 79, of Buffalo Mills, died on Friday March 26, 2020 at UPMC Western Maryland. He was born on October 4, 1940, in Fossilville, a son of the late Dwight and Mary Emma (Shaffer) Diehl. Maynard’s greatest pleasure in life was his family. His passions included working on his farm in his past years or mowing his yard and tending to his flowers. Until this last year he relished going to work every day as the property management company his daughter Dayna co-owned. Maynard was a great husband, father, grandfather and will be missed everyday especially at the head of the table during holiday meals. The principles and morals of life, compassion, and work ethic that he instilled in his family, will always live on.
