Lois J. (Corley) Tew

Lois J. Tew 58, of Centerville, died Friday, November 11, 2022 at her residence.  She was born on November 5, 1964 in Cumberland, MD a daughter of the late Howard Corley and Barbara (Riggs) Corley who survives her.  On June 10 1995, in Hyndman, she married Paul F. Tew who survives along with two daughters: Melissa Black and husband Wesley, of Bedford, and Vesta Zembower, of Cumberland, MD; four grandchildren: Paige Mueller, Savannah Black, Caley Black, and Gabriel Black; three siblings: Paul Corley and wife Tonya, Forrest Corley, and Janey; and close friends: Lori and Dean Miller, of Centerville.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Corley. 

Lois loved her grandchildren and her animals. 

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 6-8 p.m., at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Lois’s name to: Cumberland Valley Recreation Park, 1037 Park Road, Bedford, PA 15522.  She enjoyed crocheting and reading novels.  The family would like to extend their thanks to UPMC Family Hospice, and Dr. Lisa Duvall.  Our online guestbook is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
