Joseph S. Hepner

Joseph S. Hepner 88, of Bedford, died Friday, January 29, 2021 at Rebecca’s Personal Care Home.  He was born on October 9, 1932, in Baltimore, MD, a son of the late Joseph and Laura Martha (Slowik) Hepner.  He was preceded in death by his first wife Shirley L. Hepner on April 12, 1996.  On January 23, 1998, in Bedford, he married Lorraine (Moore) Hepner, who survives along with the following family: a daughter Debbie Hepner, of Lincolnton, NC, a daughter Laurie Belles, of Lincolnton, NC, a son Joe Hepner and wife Pam, of Manchester, MD, a daughter Diana Corle, of New Paris, a son David Hepner and wife Carol, of Iron Station, NC, and a daughter Carol Hepner, of New Baltimore; ten grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; a step-son Bruce Beland and wife Jill, of Bedford, and a step-daughter Kathy Beland May and husband Derek, of Myrtle Beach, SC; and four step-grandchildren.
