Obituary
Joann M. Foor 91, of Bedford, died Monday, June 12, 2023. She was born on February 27, 1932 in Snake Spring Township, a daughter of the late Andrew and Marie (Foor) Price. On November 22, 1948 in Alabama, she married Earl R. Foor who preceded her in death on October 20, 1986. She is survived by a son Stephen E. Foor and wife Julie of Bedford; a grandson Travis Foor and wife Amy of Bedford; five great-grandchildren; and a sister Doris Jean Diehl and husband Harry D., of Bedford. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Kristi Raymond widower Jake of Bedford; and a brother Joe Price widow Phyllis of Bedford.
Joann worked at the former Howard Johnson warehouse, and was a member of the Bedford Alliance Church. She resided at Mountain Valley Apartments and enjoyed helping her friends that resided there.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford, with Pastor Isaac Stuart officiating.
