Glenda (Shaffer) Stickel

Glenda Stickel, 57, of Bedford, died on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at her residence. She was born on May 23, 1960, in Bedford, a daughter of the late Glenn E. and Dorothy P. (Leonard) Shaffer. On June 9, 2001, in Manns Choice, she married Kevin Stickel who survives along with a daughter, Amber Nicole Stickel of Everett, a step-son, Kevin Stickel Jr., of Everett; two grandchildren:  Bradley Don and Harper Lynn Ferrell of Everett;  two sisters, Cathy Horner and husband Randy, of Baltimore, MD, and Sharon Foor and husband Rusty, of Everett.

Glenda was a member of the Bedford United Methodist Church, and a 1978 graduate of Bedford High School. She worked at Puff  N Snuff for 16 years. She enjoyed watching Nascar and is Jimmy Johnson’s biggest fan.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford with Pastor Tom O’Reilly officiating.  Friends will be received on Monday, from 5:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers those wishing can make memorial contributions in Glenda’s name to The Bedford County Humane Society, 1108 Lutzville Road, Everett, PA 15537 Our online guest book is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
