Donna R. (Foor) Imler

Donna R. Imler 79, of Bedford, died Thursday, May 20, 2021 at UPMC Altoona Hospital.  She was born on April 2, 1942 in Bedford a daughter of the late Vernon Calvin and Evelyn Mae (Rose) Foor.  She was married to husband Lawrence A. Imler who preceded her in death on May 20, 1980.  She is survived a son Craig Imler and wife Tanya of Manns Choice; two grandchildren: Weston and Madison Imler, of Bedford; and two great-grandchildren: Maxx and Ryder Imler; six sisters: Hazel McClain and husband Randall, of Somerset, Josephine Garman widow of George of New Enterprise, Sue Imler and husband Gary, of Fishertown, Catherine Kimble widow of Earl, of Upper Tract, WV, Betty Scritchfield and husband Blaine, of Bedford, and Helen Burns, of Bedford; and a brother Charles Foor widower of Wanda, of Manns Choice.  She was preceded in death by two brothers: Phillip Foor and Roy Foor widow Anna Jean surviving of Bedford; a sister Mary Jane Harris; and Donna’s companion of 25 years, Bernie Moyer.

Donna was a waitress at the Landmark Restaurant, Hoss’s, and the Coachroom for many years.  She loved to watch the jets and planes in the sky, and her animals.  Donna had a green thumb, and had several plants throughout her home.  She was a member of the Real Life Church, in Bedford.
