Carle M. Garland, 60, of Bedford, died on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at her residence. She was born on April 28, 1963 in Bedford, a daughter of the late Robert C. and Alma L. (Jay) Garland. She is survived by the following family: one brother R. Royce Garland and wife Gloria of Boswell; one sister Virginia Fisher and husband Tom of Bedford, and the following nieces and nephews: Melissa L. Waugerman and husband Jeff of Keedysville, MD, Kristen L. Deremer and husband Dale of Jessup; Scott R. Garland and wife Wanda of East Freedom; Robert J. Fisher and wife JoAnn of Bedford; and Amy Mellott and husband Fred of New Enterprise; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother Richard Garland and a sister Nancy Garland.

Carle worked as a medical secretary at Dr. Faber’s office. She enjoyed her family and being very active at the Milligans Cove Christian Church.
