Anthony Wayne Stiffler

Anthony Wayne Stiffler, 54 of Everett, PA was carried home by His Lord on February 13, 2020, while at Bedford Mem. Hospital.

Born July 3, 1965, Wayne was the son of Betty Ruth (Whitcomb) and Gary Earl Stiffler, both living.  He is also survived by a brother Michael Ross Stiffler, as well as Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

Wayne attended Chestnut Ridge High School and was previously employed at M&M Janitorial before moving to Arizona where he was a licensed cook at a Sr. Living facility.  While residing in Arizona, Wayne found a long-time friend in Clover Casey.

He moved back to PA in 2019 and resided with his parents and brother at their home in Everett.

Wayne was an avid outdoor enthusiast and loved primitive camping with his brother Michael; even making their own shelters.

He also enjoyed collecting stamps as well as vintage comic books.

A man that loved God, and appreciated His many blessings, Wayne would tear up when he shared his story of giving his life to Jesus.  He was a valued and faithful member of his church, Faith Heart Family Fellowship in Everett, and was loved by the Pastor and congregation.

He always had a word of encouragement for his brother’s and sister’s in Christ; to trust God, because He wants the best for you.

Life Celebration/Home-Going Service: 12:00 pm, Sunday, March 1st, at Faith Heart Family Fellowship, 8 E. South Street, Everett, PA 15537, with Pastor Cynthia L. Milburn.  There will be a time for memories from family and friends.     Luncheon to follow next door at the Raystown Ambulance Community Center. Arrangements by the Timothy A.
