Yvonne (Ciucci) Cornell

Yvonne Cornell, 74, of Chesapeake, VA, died on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at her residence. She was born on May 6, 1949 in Huntingdon, PA, a daughter of the late Robert Savino and Catherine (Park) Ciucci. She is survived by her husband Roger Cornell; a son, Michael A. Cornell; a grandson Michael A. Cornell II, all of Chesapeake, VA; and two brothers, George and David Ciucci.  She was preceded in death by two brothers Robert “Po” and Edward Ciucci.

Yvonne was a practicing Catholic and a graduate of Everett High School class of 1967.  She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and caring for her family.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford with Jim Miller officiating.  Burial at Bedford County Memorial Park.  Friends and family will be received on Thursday 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Our online guest book is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
