Wilma S. Kimberlin

February 2, 1918 — October 24, 2001

Wilma S. Kimberlin 83 of 201 S. Richard Street, Bedford died Wednesday, October 24, 2001 at Altoona Hospital.  She was born on February 2, 1918 in Clearville, Pa. A daughter of the late Harvey C. and Mary (Bennett) Smith.  In 1936 in Cumberland Md. She married Emory Kimberlin who preceded her in death in 1970.  She is survived by the following brothers and a sister:  Kenneth L. Smith married to the former Thelda Calahan of New Castle, Delaware, Theresa L. Diehl of West Haven Conn., Glenn E. Smith of Martinsburg, Pa., and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by 3 brothers Coy R. Smith, Harry E. Smith, and an infant brother William.

Mrs. Kimberlin was a member of the St. John’s United Church of Christ and a member of the RSVP.  She worked for Howard Johnson’s for 13 years and retired form Hedstrom Corporation in 1983.

Funeral Services Saturday October 27, 2001 at 1:00 PM from the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford, with Pastors William and Mary Hendricks officiating.  Burial at Bedford County Memorial Park.  Friends can be received from 4 to 7 PM  and 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday.  In Leu of flowers the family requests contributions be given to the American Cancer Society, Bedford Unit, 322 S. Juliana St. Ste 8, Bedford, Pa. 15522-1747.
