William R. Foor

William R. Foor 72, of Manns Choice, died Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Donahoe Manor.  He was born on July 8, 1950 in Bedford, a son of the late Sheldon L. Foor and Helen (Waugerman) Foor surviving of Homewood at Martinsburg.   In addition to his mother he is survived by two brothers: Tom L. Foor and wife Kimberly, of Mechanicsburg, and Edward S. Foor and wife Julie, of Martinsburg, WV; and two nieces: Shelley Foor, of Virginia, and Amber Foor, of Martinsburg, WV.

William was a 1968 graduate of Bedford High School, and worked as a machinist for American Machine & Foundry.  In 1971 William was involved in a car accident which left him incapacitated, and he was cared for by his mother and father for over 40 years.  He was a member of the Manns Choice Church of God and a member of the church choir.

Funeral services will be private.  Arrangements by the Timothy A.
