William Harvey Corle

William Harvey Corle, 90, of Manns Choice, died on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at Rebecca’s Personal Care Home in Everett. He was born on July 10, 1936 in Bedford, a son of the late David F. and Althea E. (Jordon) Corle. On July 16, 1955 in Finleyville, he married Sally A. (Foor) Corle and she preceded him in death on June 5, 2009. He is survived by two sons: Perry M. Corle and wife Ann of Hollidaysburg, and David W. Corle and wife Alicia of Owings, MD; two daughters: Brenda J. Lehman and husband Kevin of Osterburg, and Bettie J. Lieb of Manns Choice; two grandchildren: Benjamin J. Lieb and wife Megan of Reading; and Jullian B. Lieb and husband Brandon Dickey of Butte, MT; and four great-grandchildren: Cameron, Owen, Bridger, and Eva. He was preceded in death by three brothers: Harry, Rolla, and Charles Corle.

William attended a school for mechanic and body work. He drove truck for 30 years. In that time, he worked for Interstate, Lafferty, Sunoco, and retired with ABF out of Carlisle. He was a member of Milligans Cove Christian Church and the Bedford County Bottle Club. In his spare time, he enjoyed collecting antiques, woodworking, and hunting.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 12 p.m. in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford with Rev. Russell Hoffman officiating.
