Troy "Sonny" Arbogast

Troy E. “Sonny” Arbogast, 71, of Bedford went to be with the Lord, on Saturday November 25, 2017, at UPMC Altoona Hospital. He was born on June 18, 1946, in Cumberland, a son of the late Troy E, and Sarah Alice (Kerns) Arbogast. On March 8, 1975, in Cumberland, MD, he married Gail (Atwell) Arbogast who survives along with the following family: two sisters, Dolores Gale Fleischhauer and husband Harry, of Fairfield, OH, Wanda Illene Hartung and husband Louis, of Cumberland, MD; one brother, Randall Blake Arbogast of Mexico Farms, MD; and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by one brother Richard Stephens Arbogast.

Sonny was retired from the Kelly Springfield Tire Company Store and a member of the Everett Grace Brethren Church.  He loved the Lord and his greatest desire was to witness to others of his salvation. John 3:16 says “For God so Loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Sonny wanted you to know Jesus saves.  He was an avid yard sale and auction attender. He enjoyed reading his Bible, fishing and hunting.

At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation or services.  Arrangements by the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford.
