Thelma M. Amick, 86, of 255 Gristmill Road Everett, Pa. died Thursday, June 21, 2007 at Altoona Area Hospital. She was born on April 3, 1921 in Six Mile Run. A Daughter of the late Joseph Hite and the late Agnes (Price) Hite. On 4/6/1946 in Cumberland, MD in She married Calvin E. Amick who survives along with the following family, Son, Calvin E. m/f Anna Louise Beegle Amick Jr. of BedfordDaughter, Janet wodow of Gary Tritsch of North Miami Beach, FL, Son, Steven D. Amick of Duncansville6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, Sister, Betty w/o Robert Wilson of Bedford37 neices and nephews, . She was preceded in death by 1 infant son: Terry, 4 brothers: John, Daniel, Thomas & Joseph Jr hite, 6 sisters: Alice Daugherty, Mildred miller, Mary Graffious, Helen Smith, June Sciranko, Dorothy Holdrebaum.
She was a member of the Trans Run Methodist Church, A lot of sewing, loved to do crafts, lived to bake and canning.
Funeral Services on Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at 11:00 AM from the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, Inc. in Bedford, with the Pastor Jeff Lecrone officiating. Burial in Bedford County Memorial Park. Friends will be received on 2-4 and 7-9 PM, Tuesday, June 26, and 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home at the funeral home. .
