Terry L. Wilson

Terry L. Wilson, 63, of Buck Falls Road, Bedford, died Sunday, March 30, 2014 at Western Maryland Health Systems in Maryland. He was born on August 21, 1950, in Centerville, a son of the late William P. and Louella F. (Miller) Wilson. He is survived by a son David L. Wilson married to the former Alison Foster of Osterburg, a daughter; Jessi J. wife of Chad Parker of Osterburg, five grandchildren:  Brett, Brandon, Cortnee, Gabriel, and Michael; one brother James Wilson husband of the late Phyllis (Houseworth) Wilson of Centerville, and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by three brothers: William C., John D., and Richard A. Wilson.

Terry was a Navy Veteran and served in Vietnam.  He worked for New Enterprise and then retired from Bussard’s Orchard after 20 years.  He was a lifetime member of the Bedford VFW Post #7527. He enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing and throwing darts and shooting pool.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford, with Pastor Kerry Parker officiating.  Burial at Bedford County Memorial Park, with full military rites conducted by the Fort Bedford Honor Guard.  Friends will be received on Wednesday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home, and 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday.
