Sara E. Conner 90 of W. John St., Bedford, died Thursday, May 1, 2008 at her residence. She was born January 5, 1918 in Floreffe, daughter of the late Harry Prentice Russell and Elizabeth (MacFarlane) Russell. She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Conner. She is survived by four children: Jean wife of James Sakol of Florida, Betty wife of Philip Dreier of Tampa, Fl, Clyde T. Conner and wife Joyce of St. Petersburg, FL and Sara E. Conner Rosati of Bedford. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and a sister Margaret Nagy of Everett.
She was affiliated with the Bedford Trinity Lutheran Church
Funeral Services: Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the Bedford Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Raymond E. Short officiating. Burial at Jefferson Memorial Park near Pittsburgh. Friends will be received on Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 PM at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday morning.
