S. Gail Leppert, 73 of Walnut St., Bedford, died Saturday, December 10, 2011 at her home. She was born June 25, 1938 in Bedford, daughter of the late Clarence and Marion (Holderbaum) Pyle. She is survived by four children; Brian C. Leppert, married to the former Susan Shippey, Wendy G. widow of William H. Clark, Wynn E. Leppert, married to the former Rose Clingerman and Brooke L. Leppert married to the former Janice Keys, all of Bedford. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Adam Leppert and wife Jennifer, Jessica Leppert, Benjamin Clark and wife Nicole, Ashley wife of Josh Snyder, Emily Clark and Eric Leppert, two great grandchildren Isaac Leppert and Alivia Snyder, three brothers, Joel Pyle and wife Norma, Telford Pyle and Jeff Pyle and wife Linda, all of Bedford. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law William H. Clark.
Gail was a member of the Bedford Trinity Lutheran Church and was an LPN who had worked at Donahoe Manor Nursing Home.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 11:00 am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bedford with Rev. Raymond E. Short officiating. Friends will be received one hour before the service at the Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be make to the Humane Society of Bedford County, 1108 Lutzville Road, Everett, PA 15537.
