Ryan J. Karns

Ryan J. Karns 40, of Hollidaysburg, died Tuesday, May 30, 2023.  He was born on May 18, 1983 in Bedford a son of Jeffrey Karns and wife Vicki of Hollidaysburg, and Susan (Young) Deputy of Bedford.  In addition to his parents he is survived by a son Kyler Joseph Karns; two brothers: Matthew Deputy and wife Rebecca, of Selingsgrove, and Spenser Karns and wife Julie, of Portage; a step-brother Josh Deputy and wife Chanda, of New Paris; and paternal grandparents: Harry and Mary Karns, of Bedford.  He was preceded in death by a step-father Richard Deputy.

Ryan was a foreman for several tree service companies, and had his own landscaping business.  He was currently a technician for Blair Imaging, of Altoona.  He enjoyed racing cars with his father and son, riding motorcycles, camping, fishing, and being outdoors.  He was a loving father and son.
