Robert K. Dempsey 36, of Bedford Valley Road, died Monday, September 15, 2014, at UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born on December 15, 1977, in Bedford, a son of Bryan L. Dempsey, of Cumberland, MD, and Terry (Keefer) wife of Ronald Williams, of Centerville. In addition to his parents he is survived by a paternal grandmother, Janet Dempsey, of Conway, SC, a daughter, Courtney Boden, of MO, two sons, Keeshaun J. Dempsey, of Centerville, and Noah R. Dempsey, of Bedford, a sister, Rhiannon Fix, and niece, Brenna Fix, both of Centerville. He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, James Dempsey, and maternal grandparents: Ronald and Mary Keefer.
Robert volunteered in Centerville with the local sports teams. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and his art work.
