Regina Frances “Jean” Berger, 90, of Mountain Springs Road, Bedford, died Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Donahoe Manor Nursing Home. She was born on July 15, 1923, in Woodbury, NJ the daughter of the late Robert E. and Agnes B. (Skelly) McBurney. On February 23, 1946, in Lindenwold, NJ, she married Robert A. Berger who survives along with the following family: a son, Rev. Dr. James Berger and wife Patricia of Estero, FL; a sister, Clare Ernst of Roulette; and a brother, Robert E. McBurney of Chester Springs. She was preceded in death by a daughter Eileen M. Berger and a son William E. Berger, and two brothers Milan and Bill McBurney.
Regina was a member of the Bedford Presbyterian Church.
A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at the Bedford Presbyterian Church with Rev. Doug Friant and Rev. Dr. James R Berger officiating.
