Phyllis J. (Allison) Imgrund

Phyllis J. Imgrund, 85, of Bedford, died on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at her residence. She was born on July 4, 1939 in Alum Bank, a daughter of the late Waldo and Mary (Stuckey) Allison. On October 21, 1972 in Alum Bank, she married Joseph E. Imgrund and he preceded her in death on October 19, 2000. She is survived by five nieces and nephews: Pam Patrick and husband Chuck of Plano, Texas; Tim Allison of New Paris; Paulette Fleegle and husband Keith of Bedford; Brad Allison and wife Trina of Alum Bank; and Terry Allison and wife Tabitha of Windber; seven great-nieces and nephews: Keisha Over, Hunter, Alexis, Kyra, Spencer, Charlotte, and Hadley Allison. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Dale Allison widow Connie who survives of New Paris and Paul Allison widow Shirley who survives of New Paris, and a sister-in-law, Pat Allison. Phyllis was a member of the Mt. Union Church in Lovely and retired after 40 years with First National Bank in Bedford. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford, with Pastor Keith Fleegle officiating. Burial at Bedford County Memorial Park. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 5 - 7 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
