Pamela Y. Follmar, 60, of Masters Avenue, Everett died Friday, November 6, 2015 at Rebecca’s Personal Care Home. She was born on February 6, 1955, in Windber a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Kennedy) Follmar. She is survived by two brothers: John Follmar of Orange City, FL, and Dave Follmar of Alum Bank. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jay Follmar, and a sister Fay Cobb
