Norman K. Williams, 85, of Winchester VA., died on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at his residence in Winchester, VA. He was born on April 21, 1939 in Centerville, a son of the late Sherman H. and Gertrude A. (Ruby) Williams. He was preceded in death by two wives Doris I. (McDonald) Williams and Lorretta Papke-Williams. He is survived by a daughter, Debbie Knippenberg and husband Patrick of Winchester, VA; three brothers, Charles Williams and wife Joyce of Cumberland, MD, Donald Williams and wife Gail of Pleasantville, PA, Ronald Williams widower of Terry of Centerville. He was preceded in death by a brother Edward Williams, and three sisters Delores Miller, Elma Rose, and Betty Layton.
Norman worked his whole career as a truck driver and worked for various companies that included Cover Lumber, Houseworth Lumber, at one time owner/operator of his own truck, various construction companies and many years with H. Eugene Koontz Milk Hauling. He especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. Norman also attended Calvary Covenant Brethren Church in Winchester Virginia.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025, at 3:00 pm, in the Chapel at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford with Rev. Charles Estep officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service.
