Mary Ann Windows

Mary Ann Windows, 69, of Crestview Ave., Bedford, died Monday, June 2, 2014 at her residence. She was born on August 2, 1944, in Bedford, a daughter of the late Allen and Mary (Amick) Imler. In 1962, in Bedford, she married Jack F. Windows who preceded her in death on June 11, 1992. She is survived by two sons: Michael A. Windows of Dover, DE, Kevin L. Windows married to the former Darcy Datesman, of Bedford; a daughter, Wendy L. Windows and boyfriend Dave Montag, also of Bedford, five grandchildren:  Shannon, Jeremy, Jonathan, Ben and Joey; two sisters, Karen Buterbaugh and husband Owen of Fishertown; and Susie Wertz and husband Frank of Schellsburg.

Mary Ann graduated from Bedford High School Class of 1962. She was a sales representative for Culligan Water and then worked as a tax accountant for a Local Tax office, and retired in 2009.  She was a member of the Bedford Lioness and volunteered at various organizations in the community.  She enjoyed being a grandmother as well as spending time with those she loved.  She was known for her kind and loving nature and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Funeral Services and burial will be private.  Friends will be received on Thursday, June 5, 2014, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Timothy A.
