Mary L. Kirsch

Mary L. Kirsch, 72, of Black Bear Lane, Bedford, died Friday, January 28, 2011 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, in Johnstown. She was born January 23, 1939 in Cresson, daughter of the late Adolph and Geneivie (Hemel) Link. On April 23, 1967 in Patton, she married James Joseph Kirsch, who preceded her in death on October 24, 2008. She is survived by three children; James J. Kirsch II, married to the former Patricia Dixon of Martinsburg, WV, Lisa Marie Redinger of Bedford and Michael T. Kirsch at home, two grandchildren; Brady James Kirsch and Jenny Rose Redinger. Also surviving are two brothers; John Link of Cresson and Frederick Link and wife Virginia of Pittsburgh, two sisters; Bernie Single of Cresson and Thelma Moyer of Portage. .
Mrs. Kirsch was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church in Bedford. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and will be sadly missed by all who loved her.
Funeral Mass: Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Bedford with Father Donald Dusza celebrant. Burial at St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford.
