Marlin K. Ickes

Marlin K. Ickes 87 of Everett, died on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Homewood at Martinsburg. He was born on April 25, 1933, in Pavia, a son of the late Waugaman and Ethel (Wentz) Ickes. On June 8, 1963 in Lemoyne, he married Connie (Colestock) Ickes who preceded him in death on November 4, 2017. He is survived by a son, Michael K.  Ickes and wife Judy of Oxford; one grandson, Aron Ickes of Phoenix, AZ; one brother, Maynard Ickes of North Ridgeville, OH; and one sister, Mona Jean Grove of Prospect Park.  He was preceded in death by a brother Curtis Ickes and a sister Loretta Imler.

Marlin graduated from Claysburg High School and worked at Kennametal for over 39 years.  He did some hunting and fishing throughout the years and enjoyed his billiards and horseshoe leagues.
