Mark O. Beegle

Mark O. Beegle, 68, of Bedford, died on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at his residence. He was born on January 15, 1958 in Bedford, a son of the late Percy D. Beegle Jr. and Beverly A. (Weyant) Beegle who survives of Bedford. On May 8, 1978 in Cumberland, MD, he married Patricia A. (Foor) Beegle and she preceded him in death on March 27, 2021. He is survived by two daughters: Krisha Jo Bardell and husband Brandon, and Marki Jo Smith and husband Scot, both of Bedford; four grandchildren: Jarrin and wife Kara, Kai, Jase, and Kaden; a brother: Kirk Beegle widower of Debra of Bedford; a sister: Deborah Beegle-Smith and husband James of Boonsboro, MD; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Jeremy Smith.

Mark worked at Hedstrom until their closure and later was a maintenance man at Everett Church of God. He was an avid fan of all sports, especially playing baseball and fast-pitch softball and enjoyed all Pittsburgh and Penn State sports teams.
