Marilyn J. Snyder

Marilyn J. Snyder, 93, of Bedford, died on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at Bedford Post Acute. She was born on July 25, 1933 in Greenstone, PA, a daughter of the late Carl F. and Ethel I. (Linebaugh) Warren. On August 15, 1955 in Hagerstown, MD, she married John E. Snyder and he preceded her in death on March 24, 2020. She is survived by a daughter: Deborah Elmy widow of Jack of Waynesboro; four grandchildren: David and Gregory Meyers, and Tim and Sarah Elmy; and four great-grandchildren: Madison, Mila, Eve, and Luna Meyers. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Eugene and Rodney Warren; and a sister: Shirley Humphrey.

Marilyn worked as a caretaker for many years at First Choice in Home Care. She enjoyed puzzles, reading, and spending time with her family.
