Lori Ann Lashley

Lori Ann Lashley, 54, of Lake Drive, Bedford, died Monday, February 15, 2016 at her residence. She was born on December 5, 1961, in Everett, a daughter of the late Raymond "Jack" Eugene and Violet Mae (Mitchell) Smith. On August 20, 1986, in Winchester, VA, she married Richard B. Lashley who survives along with three sisters: Deborah Duitman of Schellsburg, Terry Smith, of Alum Bank; Tammy Crawford, and husband Daniel, also of Alum Bank; and; one brother, Robb Smith Sr., married to the former Goldie Wentz, of Manns Choice; and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack M. Smith, and a nephew, Daniel Crawford, Jr.

Lori was a graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School Class of 1979 and a member who was very active at the Solid Rock Christian Fellowship Church. She worked at Wal-Mart and prior to that was a cook at Ed’s Steak House.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel, at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford, with Wayne Magruder officiating.  Burial at Fishertown Cemetery.  Friends will be received on Thursday, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m., at the funeral home.
