Linda L. (Amick) Wertz

Linda L. Wertz 73, of Snake Spring, died Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Donahoe Manor Nursing Home. She was born on December 21, 1947 in Roaring Spring, a daughter of the late Arthur and Katherine (Eshelman) Amick.  On April 23, 1966 in Bedford, she married John A. Wertz, who preceded her in death on December 14, 2020.  She is survived by two sons: Thomas A. Wertz and wife Tammy, and Timothy A. Wertz, both of Schellsburg; three grandchildren: Brandy Ringler and husband Christian, Jessica Wertz and boyfriend Barry Hillegass, and Jordan Wertz; and a sister Roberta Clouse and husband Ronald, of Cross Junction, VA.  She was preceded in death by a brother Ron Amick.

Linda was a cook at the Landmark Restaurant.  She enjoyed being involved with Boy Scouts, and bowling.

Funeral services will be private. Burial at Ritchey Cemetery.  Arrangements by the Timothy A.
