Leafy Mae McMillen, 81 of Pennknoll Village, Everett, died Saturday, September 11, 2010 at the home. She was born January 20, 1929 in Meadville, daughter of the late Gertrude (Burtnett) Long Repine and Frank Long. In 1950 in Hagerstown she married Kenneth G. McMillen and he preceded her in death on June 4, 1972. She is survived by a daughter Leafy, widow of Francis Madore of Bedford and a son Larry McMillen and wife Karen of Johnstown, five grandchildren; Brandon McMillen and wife Rebecca, Aaron McMillen and wife Heather, Jonathon Fallier and wife Katie, Benjamin Madore and wife Colleen and Lacey Madore. Also surviving are two great grandchildren; Aiden and Haylie McMillen, two sisters; Shirley wife of Estus Triggs of Gulf Port, Miss. And GeorgeAnna Repine of Hooversville.
Mrs. McMillen was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church in Richland and had worked as a secretary before her marriage to Kenneth. She was a loving mother, grandmother, a faithful Christian and a good person. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford.
