Kristine E. (Hummel) Putt

Kristine E. Putt 43, of Bedford, died Saturday, May 1, 2021 at her residence.  She was born on September 11, 1977 in Roaring Spring, a daughter of Dennis and Tara (May) Hummel, of Hopewell.  In addition to her parents she is survived by a daughter, Lauryn Putt, of Bedford.

Kristine was a 1995 graduate of Northern Bedford High School, and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and Family Matters from IUP in 1999.  She enjoyed working in child care services, especially with autistic children.  Kristine loved the Lord, and recently had been reading her bible every morning. She enjoyed cooking and making meals for her dad and also enjoyed helping others.   Her physical pain lead to a lot of struggles in life but it didn’t keep her from trying to live her life every day to the fullest.
