Kerry L. Marshall 60, of Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Bedford died Monday, June 17, 2019 at New York Presbyterian Hospital.  He was born on July 8, 1958 in Bedford a son of the late Coolidge D. and Sylvia (Crawley) Marshall.  He is survived by a brother: Travis Marshall, of Knightdale, NC; a nephew Peyton Marshall; his best friend, Eddy Xantus, of Brooklyn, NY; seven aunts: Sandra Hobson, of Topika, KS, Margaret Sleaster, of Bedford, Leslie “Bessie” Dively and husband Charles, of Bedford; Patricia Henry and husband Eric, of Bedford, Sara Angela Patillo, of Altoona, Barbara Williams, of Everett, and Velma Green and husband Stan, of Pittsburgh; and two uncles: Linn Crawley, of Bedford, and Steven Crawley, of Chambersburg.  He was preceded in death by a brother Tracy Marshall; two uncles Rev. Joseph P. Crawley, and Shirley Crawley; and an aunt Claudia Miller.

Kerry graduated Bedford High School in 1975, and was the former branch manager of Citi Bank, in New York.  He loved to travel, especially to Hawaii and the Caribbean, shopping, antiques, gardening, and Christmas time.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., at the Mt. Pisgah AME Zion Church, in Bedford, with Rev. Dr. Angela Ryan officiating.  Burial at Bedford County Memorial Park.  Friends will be received on Friday, from 6-8 p.m., at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford.  In lieu of flowers those wishing may make donations in Kerry’s name to your local American Cancer Society.  Our online guestbook is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com
