June E. Conover

June Elizabeth Conover 79 of Pennknoll Village, formerly of Watson St., Bedford, died Monday October 8, 2007 at Pennknoll.  She was born April 4, 1928 in Point, daughter of the late Howard and Bessie Pearl (Housel) Miller.  On April 16, 1955 she married Donald J. Conover and he survives along with five daughters: Sherry L. Smith of Bedford, Sandra L. wife of Lonnie Whitcomb of Osterburg, Sheila L. wife of Richard McCoy, Tina L. wife of Michael Shaffer Sr., Deena A. Orris and Companion Robb Croyl all of

Bedford, ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, two Brothers: Donald Dean Miller and wife Diane of Little River, SC and Dale Miller of Warren, Ohio.  She was preceded in death by five Brothers: Walter Turner, Roy, John, Earl, and Robert Miller and two Sisters: Naomi Smith and Lola Turner.

Mrs. Conover had worked as a waitress in numerous restaurants in the Bedford Area and had also worked at the K&D Shoe Store in Bedford.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in the chapel at Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford with Rev. William Kisner officiating.  Burial at Bedford County Memorial Park.  Friends will be received on Tuesday form 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the funeral home.  Our online guest book is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
