Judy E. (Knox) Weicht

Judy E. Weicht 77, of Bedford, died Monday, September 20, 2021 at her daughter’s residence.  She was born on October 29, 1943 in Bedford, a daughter of the late Leonard M. and Floy (Riley) Knox.  She is survived by five daughters: Tammy Reeve and husband Michael, of Hollidaysburg, Vikki Stickel and husband Reed, of Bedford, Sheri Mowry and husband David, of Breezewood, Julie Weicht, of East Freedom, and Nicole Burket-Ebersole and husband John, of Bedford; twelve grandchildren: Rusty and Brett Beegle, Alisha and Daniel Reeve, Carrie Cornelius, Kayla Bowser, Caleb Stickel, Ashley Diczhazy, Justin Mowry, Seth and Kyle Burket, and Alaura Ebersole; fifteen great-grandchildren; a sister Nora Fleegle and husband Richard, of Hollidaysburg, and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter Madison Waltemire, two infant Stickel great-grandchildren; a sister Jeannie Turner; and three brothers: Quentin, William Herbert, and Leonard Knox.

Judy retired as the Bakery Manager of Weis Markets.  She enjoyed NASCAR racing, watching the Little League World Series, and the Lifetime Movie Channel. Judy loved going to the beach and spending time with her family.
