Joyce A. Chamberlain

Joyce A. Chamberlain, 72 of Masters Ave., Everett, formerly of Egolf  Road, Bedford, died Sunday, January 8, 2012 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital.  She was born July 8, 1938 in Everett, daughter of the late J. Thomas and Naomi Ruth (Edwards) Chamberlain.  She is survived by four brothers and sisters; Carl E. Chamberlain and wife Suzanne of Mifflinburg, Betty wife of Richard Grimes, James A Chamberlain and wife Elaine, Shirley wife of Michael Kendall, all of Bedford, and many nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Trans Run Church and had worked as a machinist at Kennametal, retiring in 2000 after 33 years.  She was a 1957 graduate of Bedford High School.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford with Rev. Donna Wolfinger officiating.  Burial at Rockhill Cemetery.  Friends will be received on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church, c/o of Gary Sellers, 214 Crestview Ave., Bedford, PA  15522 or your charity of choice.  Our online guest book is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
