John A. Shaffer

John A. Shaffer 67, of Bedford, died Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at his residence.  He was born on May 2, 1956 in Bedford, a son of the late Harry M. and Regina T. (Axmacher) Shaffer. He is survived by three siblings: Tria L. Doonan and husband Joel, of Leander, TX, Luan Bremerman and husband William of Milligans Cove, and Paul Shaffer, of Bedford.  He was preceded in death by a brother Kelly Shaffer.  John worked as a truck driver for various construction companies.

A graveside service will be held at the Bedford County Memorial Park on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. David Cavoli officiating.  Arrangements by the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford.  Our online guestbook is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
