Jewelldean Howard 70 of Bear Gap Road, Clearville, died Saturday, May 5, 2007 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Cumberland, MD. She was born February 18, 1937 in Gainesboro, Tenn, daughter of the late Clarence and Zular (Head) Mosley. On June 14, 1964 in Napoleon, Ohio she married Duane G. Howard and he preceded her in death on November 23, 2001. She is survived by a son Joseph E. Mosley married to the former Phyllis Halbig of Bedford, three grandchildren: Joseph, Michael and Kristina Mosley, two great grandchildren: Joseph and Ryder Mosley, and two step grandchildren Jessie Mosley and Theresa and Freddy Halbig. She was preceded in death by a brother James Mosley, a sister Esther Pontius and a great grandson Walker.
She was a member of the Everett Seventh Day Adventist Church. Memorial Services will be held at the convenience of the family and will be announced at a later date.
