Jason T. Simons

Jason Todd “Hank” Simons, 40, of Sleek Road, New Paris, died Thursday, July 10, 2014. He was born on February 10, 1974, in Everett, a son of the late John W. and Susan (Sipes) Simons surviving of New Paris, a brother: Christopher J. Simons of New Paris, a niece, Bailey Simons and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jason was a graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School class of 1992.  He was employed as a weldologist for Corle Building Systems, and prior to that co-owned Simon’s Sez Installations with his brother.  Jason enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding his mountain bike, his motorcycle and spending time with his niece.  He did some D.J.’ing on the side and even played with local artist’s Jackson Monsour and Dave Howsare.  Jason loved life and will be missed by his family, friends and his two dogs Maddy and Deuce.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel, at the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford with Pastor Charles Jack officiating.  Burial will be private.  Friends will be received on Monday, from 2 -4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.   Our online guest book is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
