Janice W. Hopkins, 95 of Givler Dr., Martinsburg, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at Homewood Nursing Home in Martinsburg. She was born February 21, 1915 in Rochester, NY, daughter of the late Roye and Irene (Ward) Williams. She was married to Charles Hopkins and he preceded her in death. She is survived by a daughter, Jean wife of Robert Rasmussen of Bedford and a son Charles Hopkins of Conroe TX.
Mrs. Hopkins was an elementary school teacher.
