Jackson K. McDonald

Jackson K. McDonald, 46, of Everett, died on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at his residence. He was born on February 20, 1980 in Meadowbrook, PA a son of the late Dr. H Eric McDonald and Joan (Wilson) McDonald who survives of Everett. He is survived by two siblings: Ross W. McDonald, and Darah K. E. McDonald, both of Everett.

Jackson graduated from Bedford High School in 1998 and in 2012 he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. He worked for Kish Bank in Reedsville from 2012 to 2023 as a senior commercial analyst and then returned to Bedford and worked for Hometown Bank as their credit analyst and resigned last week. He was also co-owner and founder of Autumn Ridge Contracting. He was a member of Chief Logan Lions Club in Lewistown.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Pennwood Bible Church, with Pastor Jonathan Hoard officiating. Burial will be private. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service at the church.
