Helen D. Bailey, 63, of East Pitt Street, Bedford, went to be with the lord on Sunday, November 12, 2006 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born on June 7, 1943 in Central City. A Daughter of the late Henry M. and Cuba L. (Coleman) Ross. She is survived by the following family, 2 daughters, Lori wife of Tom Burkholder of Altoona, and Stacey Bailey of Bedford, 1 son, Wayne Bailey of Woodbury, 2 grandchildren Landon & Kyle Deneen, 2 Sisters, Gloria Sirbaugh of Somerset, and Vada Koontz of Lousiana. 2 brothers, Charles Ross of Ohio and Jim Ross of Illionis 1 niece, Leslie McLaughlin of Apollo, and a Great Niece and Nephew, Brett & Kaylee Mclaughlin. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Lester, Sam, & Jack Ross, 2 sisters: Betty Miller & Janet Ross.
