Gloria Newman, 78 of Mile Level Road, Bedford, died Saturday, November 20, 2010 at her residence. She was born October 4, 1932 in Pecos, Texas, daughter of the late Alexandra and Jennifer (Rodriguez) Hernandez. On November 14, 1956 in Johnstown, she married Bobby J. Newman and he survives along with three sons; Bobby L. Newman, and wife Joy of New Cumberland, Roger L. Newman and wife Avon of Hollsopple and John E. Newman of Osterburg, three grandchildren; Kristopher, Dustin and Julian and four great grandchildren; Alysa, Draven, Justis and Jaida.
Mrs. Newman was affiliated with the Faith Brethren Bible Church. She had worked at Idlewild Park in Ligonier for six years.
