avid Glenn Way, 52, of, Manns Choice, died Friday, April 26, 2013 at his mother’s residence. He was born on July 28, 1960, in Everett, a son of the late Glenn S. and Anna Belle (Plummer) Way, who survives along with a son Brian D. Way of Schellsburg, three uncles: Harold Plummer and wife Sara Jane of Everett, Lee Plummer and wife Jeannie of Bedford, Arthur Way of New Paris; one aunt Opal Lashinky of Spring Mills, three nieces: Brittany Leigh Clugston of St. Thomas, and Samantha and Nickie Sue Van Pelt both of Kennedyville, MD. He was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Sue wife of David Van Pelt of Kennedyville, MD.
David was a member of the St. John's United Church of Christ and a graduate of Bedford High School class of 1978. He worked as a foreman for New Enterprise Stone and Lime and enjoyed Go-Cart racing, watching his favorite NFL team the Minnesota Vikings, Nascar racing and spending time with his son and nieces.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel at Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford, with Brady Plummer officiating. Burial at Bedford County Memorial Park. Friends will be received on Monday, from 6- 9 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
