Evelyn L. (Wright) Hoover

Evelyn L. Hoover, 91, of New Paris, died on Sunday May 1, 2022 at her residence. She was born on June 30, 1930 in Ryot, a daughter of the late Ira G. and Irene (Mowery) Wright. On January 2, 1951 in Winchester, VA, she married Wilbur H. Hoover who preceded her in death on June 10, 1989. She is survived by the following family two daughters:  Debbie Weyant and husband Lowell of Indiana; and Lori A. Hoover of New Paris; two grandchildren:  Jason and Jamie Weyant and two great-grandchildren Madison and McKenzie. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Wilma Weyant and Mabel Ellis, and one brother, Rayford Weyant.

Evelyn enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and baking.  The family would like to thank Conemaugh Home Health and Grane Hospice for their care.
