Evelyn L. Croyle

Evelyn L. Croyle 73 of Friendship Village, Bedford, died Friday November 3, 2000, at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital. She was born August 22, 1927 in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Homer and Ethel (Wright) Gaudig. On April 25, 1946 in Cumberland she married the late Walter Croyle. Surviving are the following children Nancy wife of Joe Critchfield of Bedford, Joseph married to the former Wanda Bowman of Breezewood, Joann Trimpey of Bedford and, Cindy wife of Raymond Doris of Hollywood, Fla., 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter and 1 sister Marie Cornelius.
She was a member of the Everett Zion Lutheran Church, TOPS, the Friendship Village Social Club, and has also been active with the Girl Scouts in the Everett area for many years. She had worked as a LPN at Bedford Memorial Hospital and Pennwood Guest Home.
Funeral Services: Wednesday at 11:00 AM from the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford with the Rev. Rex Lusk of the Bedford Bible Church officiating. Burial in the Everett Cemetery. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
