Emma Lucille (Oldham) Callihan

Emma Lucille Callihan 88, of Schellsburg, died Monday, November 2, 2020 at Nancy’s Personal Care Home, in Osterburg.  She was born on March 22, 1932, in New Paris, a daughter of the late Omer Oliver and Ada (Mickle) Oldham.  On June 17, 1949 in Cumberland, MD she married Harry A. Callihan who preceded her in death on December 19, 1998.  She is survived by a son Robert “Bobby” Callihan and wife Joann, of New Paris, a daughter Diane Callihan of New Paris, a son Jay Callihan and wife Chris, of Schellsburg; eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two infant grandsons; two sons: Richard “Rick” Callihan widow Elaine who survives of Schellsburg and Veryl Callihan and his wife Susan.

Lucille was a member of the New Paris United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed playing cards, eating out, and traveling.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cuppett Cemetery in New Paris with Rev. John Bennett officiating.  Arrangements by the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford.  Our online guestbook is available at www.berkebilefuneralhome.com.
