Edith M. Miller

Edith Mae Miller, 86, of Dively Road, Bedford, died Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at her home.  She was born on October 6, 1923 in Johnstown, a daughter, of the late Jasiah and Sally Custer.  On September 28, 1942 in Scalp Level, she married Raymond M. Miller and he survives along with the following children; Raymond M.  Miller Jr., of North Carolina, a daughter, Sandra Faye Imler of New Paris, a son, Barry Gene Miller of Marianna, a son, Rudy D. Miller of Bedford, a daughter, Betty J. wife of Marl K. Heidorn of Bedford, 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and a brother, Howard Custer of Johnstown. She, was preceded in death by one sister Mabel Houdshell and two brothers; Albert and Boyd Custer

She worked at the Fairfoot Shoe Factory and prior to that, at the Bali Bra factory in Geistown.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday,  May 15, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford, with the Rev. Rex Lusk officiating.
